摘要
造纸法再造烟叶生产过程产生大量白水,白水在循环利用前需清楚了解其主要物质。本研究分析了生产周期内白水主要物质变化趋势,发现纸机网下白水的pH值存在波动,但均在7±0.5范围内;有使用助剂产品的白水浓度在0.2%~0.4%之间,未使用的在0.3%~0.6%之间;刚生产时因为过程使用清水,因此白水中COD较低1800mg/L,随着生产的进行,纸机网下白水的COD值逐渐上升,在3500~4300mg/L之间波动;刚开机时菌落总量在10百万~30百万之间,随着时间的推移增长至200百万~250百万数量;网下白水电荷值在800~1200ueq/L之间,洗车前后纸机网下白水电荷值变化无规律性。
The papermaking method produces a large amount of white water in the process of regenerating tobacco leaves.White water needs to clearly understand its main substances before recycling.This study analyzes the changing trends of the main substances in white water during the production cycle.It was found that the pH value of the white water under the paper machine network fluctuated,but all were within the range of 7±0.5;The white water concentration of the products with additives is between 0.2% and 0.4%,and those without use are between 0.3% and 0.6%;At the beginning of production,because the process uses clean water,the COD in the white water is lower by 1800mg/L,as the production progresses,the COD value of the white water under the paper machine net gradually rises and fluctuates between 3500~4300mg/L;The total number of colonies was between 10 million and 30 million immediately after the power was turned on,and increased to 200 million to 250 million over time;The charge value of the white water under the net is between 800~1200ueq/L,and the change of the charge value of the white water under the net of the paper machine before and after the car wash is irregular.
