摘要
目的讨论研究应用PDCA方式对住院医师进行临床操作技能培训的意义与价值。方法选择本院2018年1月—2019年6月接受培训的住院医师130人随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组提供传统方式进行培训,观察组应用PDCA循环方式进行培训。比较两组住院医师经过不同方式培训后考核成绩及教学方式满意程度。结果应用PDCA循环法授课后观察组技能考试与理论知识考试成绩均显著优于对照组且对各项教学质量满意程度较高(P <0.05)。结论对临床住院医师应用PDCA方式进行培训可加强各临床学科间的联系,将所学的理论知识与实际操作相结合,显著提升其理论知识掌握程度及临床操作技能水平,可在日常的临床培训中培养思考问题与解决问题的综合能力并最终达到教学目的。
Objective To discuss the significance and value of applying PDCA method to clinical operation skill training for residents.Methods 130 residents who received training from January 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received training in the traditional way,while the observation group received training in the PDCA cycle.Two groups of residents after different training assessment results and teaching style satisfaction degree.Results After teaching with PDCA cycle method,the skill test and theoretical knowledge test scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the teaching quality satisfaction was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA mode for clinical residency application training can strengthen the relationship between various clinical disciplines,combining learning theoretical knowledge and practical operation,significantly increased the level of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills,can in daily training to think and solve problems in clinical training of comprehensive ability and ultimately to achieve the teaching purpose.
