摘要
目的探讨对甲亢突眼患者行解郁消瘿汤治疗的临床效果。方法选择本院于2018年1月—2018年12月所接收的80例甲亢突眼患者,将所有接受研究的患者按照数字随即表的方法分为西医组和中医组,各组分别为40例。西医组采取常规的西医治疗,中医组采取解郁消瘿汤的中医治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗前后各个甲状腺功能指标。结果中医组接受治疗后的临床有效率38例(95.00%),西医组为29例(72.50%),中医组临床有效率显著高于西医组,P <0.05。两组治疗后中医组的促甲状腺激素(TSH)、血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)以及血清游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT4)显著优于西医组,P <0.05。结论对甲亢突眼患者行解郁消瘿汤治疗,对于改善患者甲状腺功能的效果显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jieyu Xiaoyu Decoction in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods 80 cases of hyperthyroidism exophthalmos patients in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected.All the patients were divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group according to the random table method,with 40 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Jieyu Xiaoying Decoction.The therapeutic effect and thyroid function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of TCM group was 38 cases(95.00%),and Western medicine group was 29 cases(72.50%).The clinical effective rate of TCM group was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in thyroid function between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,After treatment,the thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),serum free triiodothyronine(FT3)and serum free tetraiodothyronine(FT4)in the Chinese medicine group were significantly better than the Western medicine group,P<0.05.Conclusions For the treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism,the treatment of Jieyu Xiaoyu Decoction is effective in improving the thyroid function of patients.
