摘要
高校贫困生精准资助具有重要意义,要求高校不断完善家庭经济困难学生认定和资助体系,充分挖掘和整合国家、学校、社会多方助学资源,从制度、组织、理论和精准对象方面夯实精准资助的实现基础;贫困生精准资助要做到给每一位家庭经济困难学生提供与其困难程度和实际需求相称的资助量和资助形式,包括经济、精神和能力等全方面资助,在资助中实现育人,在育人中完成资助,促进学生成人成才。
Accurate funding for impoverished students in colleges and universities is of great significance.It requires colleges and universities to continuously improve the identification and funding system for students with financial difficulties in the family,fully taps and integrates the nation,school and social resources for student assistance,and consolidates the realization foundation of precision funding from the aspects of system,organization,theory and precision objects.The precise subsidies for poor students should provide each student with financial difficulties in the family with the amount and form of subsidies commensurate with their difficulty and actual needs,including all aspects of financial,spiritual and ability subsidies,to realize education in subsidies,complete funding in education,and promote students to become adults.
