摘要
脱酸是植物油脂精炼的重要工序之一,用于脱除毛油中的脂肪酸,以改善植物油的透明度和品质。吸附法脱酸是一种新型脱酸技术,吸附剂的选择是实现吸附脱酸的关键环节。该文分析了食用植物油吸附法脱酸技术的优势,综述了碱性微晶纤维素、膨润土、农作物籽实外壳、硅藻土、壳聚糖和介孔氧化硅等常见吸附剂其的性质、功能特性、吸附效果等方面的研究进展,并对新型脱酸吸附剂今后的研究进行了展望。
Deacidification is one important step of vegetable oil refining process,and it is a method to remove free fatty acid of crude vegetable oil and to make the vegetable oil clear and improve its quality.Adsorption deacidification is a new type of deacidification technology and the choice for adsorbents is the key to achieve adsorption deacidification.The paper analyzes the advantages of vegetable oil adsorption deacidification technology.The properties,functional characteristics and adsorption effects of common adsorbents such as alkaline microcrystalline cellulose,clay,crop seed shell,diatomite,chitosan and mesoporous Si-based material are reviewed.
