摘要
基于多元共治理论框架,通过案例分析方法实证研究发现,当前慕课本土化建设分别在政府、高校、社会、教师、学生层面遭遇了多元主体责任缺失困局。在此基础上,经过学理性研究认为:慕课与传统教育体制之间存在张力、开发在线教育服务的内生动力不足、缺乏对慕课可持续发展的基本认同、慕课教学思维和授课经验相对欠缺、自我导向意识与主动学习能力缺乏是造成慕课建设多元主体责任缺失困境的主要原因。由此,针对慕课发展困境、立足多元共治理论,可提出构建慕课本土化建设创新驱动模式的具体路径:政府应充分发挥主导作用、加快顶层制度设计,高校要转变传统教育理念、优化在线教学服务,社会当积极参与慕课建设、逐渐加大介入力度,教师需更新课堂教授模式、增进慕课教学经验,学生应加强自我导向意识、提升主动学习能力,以此回应推动慕课向纵深层次发展、提高教育教学质量的时代要求。
Based on the theoretical framework of"pluralistic co-governance",through case analysis and empirical research,it proves that the current localization construction of MOOCs encounters the absence of multiple subjects responsibility,which is reflected in the government,universities,society,teachers and students.On this basis,after rational academic research,the author believes that there are the following problems between MOOCs and the traditional education system:insufficient tension;insufficient endogenous motivation to develop"online education services";inadequate basic recognition for the sustainable development of MOOCs;shallow eteaching thinking and teaching experience of MOOCs;among them,the lack of self-oriented sense and active learning ability is the main reason for the current difficulties of the MOOCs.Therefore,in view of the dilemma of the development of MOOC,based on the theory of multiple governance,the MOOCs localization construction based on the innovation Driven-Mode is constructed and the specific paths are proposed:the government should give full play to its leading role and accelerate the design of the top-level system;colleges and universities should transform traditional education concepts and optimize online teaching services;society should actively participate in the construction of MOOCs and gradually increase involvement;teachers need to update the class-teaching mode to enrich the teaching experience of MOOCs;students should strengthen their self-oriented awareness and initiative learning ability,so as to promote the development of MOOCs to a deeper level and improve the requirements of the times of education and teaching.
