摘要
为了提高HFW钢管焊缝缺陷的检出率,采用相控阵超声技术对HFW钢管焊缝缺陷进行了检测试验,对外圆周向扫描曲面工件的检测工艺进行了探索。试验结果表明,外圆周向扫描曲面工件时,应优选小尺寸平面楔块与低阵元探头组合的检测工艺;超声波相控阵技术在检测HFW钢管纵焊缝时,能较好地检出HFW钢管焊缝中的各类缺陷;检测焊缝裂纹缺陷时,应在焊缝两侧均进行扫描探伤,缺陷当量评定以波幅度较高的一侧为主。证明相控阵超声技术具有缺陷检出率高、显示方式直观等优点。
In order to improve the detection rate of the weld defects of HFW steel pipe,the phased array ultrasonic technology was used to detect the weld defects of HFW steel pipe,and the detection technology of the workpiece with circumferential scanning curved surface was explored.The results show that the detection technology of small size plane wedge combined with the low array probe should be preferred when scanning curves the parts in the outer circle direction.The ultrasonic phased array technology can detect all kinds of defects in the longitudinal weld of HFW steel pipe.Scanning flaw detection shall be carried out on both sides of the weld,and the side with higher wave amplitude is the main defect equivalent evaluation.It is proved that the phased array ultrasonic technology has the advantages of high defect detection rate and intuitive display mode.
