基于压力应变的可升降水速测量仪研制与试验验证

摘要 设计了一种基于压力应变原理的可升降式水速测量仪。首先基于压力应变原理实现了水速-压力-电压的测量与转换;其次采用电动升降机构,实现水速测量仪的便捷实用。水速测量仪包括压力应变仪、升降机构、控制器、以及数据采集处理系统。最后通过水池拖曳试验和开放海域实船测试,表明水速测量仪设计具有较高的测量精度,在整个工作范围内性能均能够满足使用要求。 In this paper,a liftable water velocity measuring instrument is designed based on the principle of pressure and strain.Firstly,the measurement and conversion of water velocity,pressure and electrical signal are carried out on the basis of the pressure and strain theory.To improve the efficiency of water velocity measurement,a liftable electric mechanism is developed using manual and automatic control.The water velocity measuring instrument is composed of a pressure strain gauge,a lifting device,a controller and a data acquisition and processing system.The results of the towing test and the full scale trials in the sea demonstrate that the designed water velocity measuring instrument has high measuring accuracy over its full operating range.
