椿根皮体外抑菌和活性部位的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究椿根皮不同提取方法所得的提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌(Sau)、大肠杆菌(Eco)、沙门氏菌、绿脓杆菌(Pae)、白色念珠菌(Cal)的抑菌效果的差异。方法采用纸片扩散法对椿根皮的水提物、椿根皮50%醇提物、70%醇提物、80%醇提物、95%醇提物进行了体外抗菌试验对比研究。结果椿根皮水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌有一定抑杀作用,最小抑菌浓度均为0.25 mg/mL,对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和绿脓杆菌均无抑杀作用。椿根皮醇提物因浓度不同,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和白色念珠菌有不同程度的抑杀效果,最小抑菌浓度分别为0.125、0.25、0.25、0.125 mg/mL,只有95%椿根皮醇提物能抑杀沙门氏菌。结论椿根皮水提物对金黄色葡萄球菌及白色念珠菌有一定抑杀作用,椿根皮醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑杀效果优于椿根皮水提物。 Objective:To explore the antimicrobial effects of extracts from cortex ailanthi on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Salmonella,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans. Methods:Kirby-Bauer test was used to carry out comparative study on antibacterial test in vitro of cortex ailanthi extracts which were extracted by water,50% ethanol,70% ethanol,80% ethanol and 95% ethanol. Results:The water extract from cortex ailanthi had a certain inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. The minimal inhibitory concentration was 0.25 mg/mL. It had no inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli,Salmonella and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The ethanol extracted from cortex ailanthi had different inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans. The minimum inhibitory concentrations were as follows:0.125 mg/mL,0.25 mg/mL,0.25 mg/mL,0.125 mg/mL. The cortex ailanthi extracts which were extracted by 95%ethanol was the only one which had inhibitory effect on Salmonella. Conclusion:The water extract of cortex ailanthi has certain inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. It also has better inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans than the water extract of cortex ailanthi.
