摘要
焦炉气制甲醇工艺中普遍采用了预加氢工艺,目的是保护一级加氢催化剂,同时也降低一级加氢催化剂的负荷,预加氢催化剂使用周期相对较短,通过更换过程看,催化剂阻力大主要集中在上部,也是因为阻力大被迫更换,在使用过程中尝试采用过热蒸汽进行热吹降低阻力,延长了使用寿命,取得了较好效果。
Pre hydrogenation process is widely used in methanol production from coke oven gas to protect the primary hydrogenation catalyst and reduce the load of the primary hydrogenation catalyst.The service cycle of the pre hydrogenation catalyst is relatively short.Through the replacement process,the catalyst resistance is mainly concentrated in the upper part,which is also forced to be replaced due to the high resistance.The author tries to use superheated steam in the use process Hot blowing reduces the resistance and prolongs the service life,which is worth learning from peers.
