摘要
将甘草作为原材料,对其分离精制、提取方式进行研究,依托超声提取方式,借助膜分离技术纯化分离甘草酸提取液,设计满足工业化生产需求的甘草酸纯化模式。经过分析发现,应用超声提取联合膜分离技术纯化甘草酸的工艺中最佳提取温度为70℃、提取功率为180W,膜孔径选择0.1μm。
In this paper,licorice was used as the raw material to study the separation,purification and extraction methods.Based on the ultrasonic extraction method and membrane separation technology,the purification mode of glycyrrhizic acid was designed to meet the needs of industrial production.After the research and analysis of the subject,it is found that the optimal extraction temperature is 70 ℃,the extraction power is 180W,and the membrane pore diameter is 0.1μ M.
