摘要
随着学院人事管理系统信息化建设的推进,人事管理业务分析日益深入。传统高校人事管理信息化建设中,存在的问题主要集中在对人事管理业务的分析不够深入,使开发后的系统仅仅实现了人员基本信息的管理。本文从学院人事管理实际出发,对当前高等院校人事管理现状进行了分析,同时对学院人事管理的核心业务进行了需求分析,对学院人事管理的业务进行了相对深入的挖掘、分析和整理,为下一步的系统设计、开发和上线测试等打下必要的基础。
With the development of personnel management system information construction,personnel management business analysis is increasingly in-depth.In the informationization construction of personnel management in traditional universities,the problems mainly focus on the insufficient analysis of personnel management business,so that the developed system only realizes the management of basic personnel information.From college personnel management practice,this paper analyses the current status of the personnel management in colleges and universities,as well as the college personnel management needs analysis,the core business of college personnel management business for the relatively deep mining,analysis and finishing,for the next step of system design,development,and to lay a necessary foundation such as online test.
