摘要
发展继续教育可以为成人提供深入学习的途径,满足个人能力提升和解决工作中存在问题的需要,是实现人力资源强国的有力保证。当前,我国的继续教育还存在着一些问题,本文对新时期发展继续教育面临的困境进行深入地分析,提出了继续教育发展困境的破解路径,可供相关人员参考。
the development of continuing education can provide adults with a way of in-depth learning,meet the needs of improving personal ability and solving problems in work,which is a powerful guarantee for the realization of powerful human resources.This paper analyzes the current difficulties of continuing education in China,and puts forward some suggestions for the further development of continuing education in China.
