威西构造福川盐矿多分支水平井技术应用实践

摘要 国内岩盐老矿区普遍存在卤水产量和浓度低、单井服务年限短以及回采率低等问题。水平井对接技术是目前最常用的岩盐矿开采手段之一,但其难以解决盐层顶板垮塌和溶腔大面积连通等复杂情况导致的钻进和固井困难等难题。福川矿区在经过七年的高产稳产后遇到同样问题,各井组产卤量和浓度迅速下降,已不能满足正常生产。四川盐业地质钻井大队经过充分调研,在水平井对接技术的基础上,引入油气田和煤层气领域已成熟应用的多分支水平井技术,并结合岩盐矿特征,将其加以延伸、发展,从而形成一种新型钻完井技术,目前已成为岩盐老矿区最先进的挖潜技术之一[1]。 Problems such as low brine yield and concentration, short service life of single well and low recovery rate are common in old rock salt mining areas in China. Horizontal well butt joint technology is one of the most commonly used methods of rock-salt mining, but it is difficult to solve the problems of drilling and cementing caused by the collapse of the salt roof and the connectivity of the large area of the cavity. After seven years of high and stable production in Fuchuan mining area, the same problem was encountered. The halogen production capacity and concentration of each well group decreased rapidly, which could not meet the normal production. Sichuan province geological drilling brigade after fully research, on the basis of the horizontal well docking technology, the introduction of oil and gas fields and coal bed methane has been mature application of multi-branch horizontal well technology, and combined with the feature of rock salt mining,extensions, its development, thus forming a new type of drilling and completion technology, has become old and rock salt mining area is one of the most advanced exploration technology[1].
