摘要
以桑叶为原料,95%乙醇为溶剂,制备桑叶提取物。采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法分析了桑叶提取物的挥发性组分。研究结果表明桑叶提取物的挥发性组分,主要由酸类(52.52%)、醚类(15.98%)、烷烃类(14.10%)、酯类(9.95%)、酮类(4.03%)、醛类(2.72%)、醇类(0.69%)等化合物组成。桑叶提取物中GC含量最高的化合物为n-十六酸(52.52%),其次是八甘醇单十二烷基醚(15.98%)。
Mulberry leaves extracts were prepared with mulberry leaves as raw material and 95%ethanol as solvent.The volatile components of mulberry leaves extracts were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that the volatile components of mulberry leaves extracts were mainly composed of acids(52.52%),ethers(15.98%),alkanes(14.10%),esters(9.95%),ketones(4.03%),aldehydes(2.72%),alcohols(0.69%).The highest GC content of mulberry leaves extracts were n-hexadecanoic acid(52.52%),followed by octaethylene glycol monododecyl ether(15.98%).
