医教协同背景下医学本科生综合能力评价指标体系的研究

摘要 目的:研究医学本科生综合能力评价指标体系,为科学合理地对医学本科生综合能力进行评价提供依据。方法:结合文献和工作经验初步确定医学本科生综合能力评价指标体系,采用Delphi法对22名专家进行3轮咨询,并对咨询结果进行分析。结果:专家权威系数为0.83,专家积极系数为100%,专家协调系数范围为0.704~0.834(P均<0.01);最终构建的医学本科生综合能力评价体系包括4个一级指标和20个二级指标。其中,一级指标中技术能力权重最高,二级指标中临床医学知识权重最高。结论:本研究构建的评价指标体系专家积极性高、权威程度和协调程度好,指标权重计算合理,符合医教协同背景下对医学本科生开展能力评价的要求。 Objective:To study the evaluation index system of the comprehensive ability of medical undergraduates,and to provide the basis for the scientific and reasonable evaluation of the comprehensive ability of medical undergraduates.Methods:Based on the literature and work experience,the evaluation index system of medical undergraduates'comprehensive ability were preliminaries determined.The Delphi method was utilized to conduct 3 rounds of consultations for 22 experts,and the results of the consultation were analyzed.Results:Expert authority coefficient was 0.83,the expert positive coefficient was 100%,the expert coordination coefficient ranged from 0.704 to 0.834(all p-values were less than 0.01).Finally,the comprehensive ability evaluation system of medical undergraduates includes 4 first-level indicators and 20 second-level indicators.Among them,the weight of technical ability is the highest in the first index,and the weight of clinical medical knowledge is the highest in the second index.Conclusion:The evaluation index system constructed in this study has high enthusiasm,authority and coordination,and the calculation of index weight is reasonable,which meets the requirements of carrying out ability evaluation for medical undergraduates under the background of medical education coordination.
