摘要
为解决工业抽汽与用户需求参数匹配不佳问题,对不同工业供汽方案优缺点进行对比,运用等效焓降原理与资金时间价值动态理论对背压机电机同轴联合驱动技术降低节流损失经济性作了分析。结果表明,背压机联合驱动技术供汽方案可以有效降低供汽节流损失,每年可降低厂用电1093万kW•h,在机组启机或深度调峰过程时,运行方式更加灵活高效,具有投资回收期短、节能收益好等优势。
To solve the problem of poor matching between industrial steam supply and user demand parameters,a comparative analysis of different industrial steam supply schemes is conducted,and the economics of the combined drive technology of the back pressure machine is analyzed by using the equivalent enthalpy drop method and the dynamic theory of time value of funds.The results indicates that the steam supply scheme of the back pressure machine-motor coaxial joint drive technology can effectively reduce the throttling losses of steam supply,and can reduce the plant electricity consumption by 10.93 million kW•h per year.The operation mode is more flexible and efficient during unit start-up or deep peak shaving.At the same time,it has the advantages of short investment recovery period and good energy-saving benefits.
