摘要
换流变压器是直流输电系统中最关键的设备之一,它承担着电压变换、电能分配和传输的功能。换流变的正常运行是对直流输电系统安全、可靠、经济运行的重要保证。文章针对新疆电网某±800 kV特高压换流站高端YD/B相换流变油中氢气异常,通过油色谱数据分析,结合固态钯合金膜传感器检测、变压器油理化分析及停电检修,对大型充油设备的故障及趋势做出判断,并提出防范措施。
The converter transformer is one of the most critical equipment in the DC transmission system.It is responsible for voltage conversion,power distribution and transmission.The normal operation of the converter is an important guarantee for the safe,reliable and economic operation of the DC transmission system.This paper aims at the abnormality of hydrogen in the high-end YD/B phase conversion converter oil of a±800 kV UHV converter station in Xinjiang Power Grid.Through the analysis of oil chromatographic data combined with the detection of solid palladium alloy membrane sensor,physical and chemical analysis of transformer oil and power failure maintenance process Make judgments on the failures and trends of oil equipment and propose preventive measures.
