摘要
目的:通过对改良型下眼睑下置美容手术的疗效观察和术后评价,探讨其在年轻女性面部美容手术中的临床应用价值。方法:收集57例行改良型下眼睑下置手术就医者临床资料,测量最大睑裂宽度评价手术效果,观察并发症发生情况,利用汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)对就医者进行术后心理评价。结果:所有就医者均顺利完成手术,术后6个月下睑缘弧度流畅自然,术后最大睑裂宽度扩大(2.2±0.5)mm,满足就医者纵向增大睑裂的美学诉求。术后5例出现轻度并发症,经处理后好转,术后3个月HAMD评分为(7.31±1.80)分,合理范围内。就医满意度达96.5%(55/57)。结论:改良型下眼睑下置手术可满足就医者美容需求,明显改善眼部外观,并发症少,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of modifi ed lower eyelid reach down surgery in facial cosmetic surgery for young women by observing the curative effect and evaluating the postoperative results.Methods 57 patients who underwent modifi ed lower eyelid reach down surgery were collected.The maximum palpebral fi ssure width was measured to evaluate the effect of surgery.The complications were observed.The patients were evaluated by Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).Results All patients successfully completed the operation.The radian of the lower eyelid margin was smooth and natural half a year after the operation.The width of the maximum palpebral fissure was enlarged by(2.2±0.5)mm after the operation,which satisfied the aesthetic demands of eyes vertical enlargement.There were 5 cases with mild complications after operation,which were improved after treatment.The HAMD score was(7.31±1.80)in a reasonable range three months after operation.The satisfaction rate was 96.5%(55/57).Conclusion Modified lower eyelid surgery can meet the patients'cosmetic needs,significantly improve the appearance of the eye,fewer complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
