摘要
以越南旅游目的地为例,从出境游客安全感知的角度出发,根据2014—2018年间中国公民赴越游记中的旅游安全感知事件,采用最优尺度分析方法下的非线性典型相关分析和多重对应分析,对中国公民赴越旅游安全感知事件的具体类型及发生的时间和空间维度变量进行相关性分析并提出对策。中国政府、企业以及游客自身应“因时制宜”“因地制宜”地管控赴越旅游安全风险,发挥各方专业防控、监督引导、服务支撑、行为基础的作用导向,进而有效管控我国公民的出境旅游安全风险感知。
Taking Vietnam’s tourist destinations as an example,from the perspective of outbound tourists’safety perception,according to the tourism safety perception events in Chinese citizens’trips to Vietnam from 2014 to 2018,the research applies the optimal scale analysis method to make a nonlinear typical correlation analysis and a multiple correspondence analysis on the specific types of safety perception events,and variables of time and space of events occurrence,and puts forward some countermeasures.Therefore,Chinese government,enterprises and tourists themselves should take measures according to the current situation and local conditions to manage and control the security risks of travelling to Vietnam,and give full play to the professional prevention,control,supervision,guidance and service support,so as to effectively control our citizens'outbound tourism security risk perception.
