摘要
制药行业是一个高新技术行业,仿制药一致性评价要求下,行业对制药专业人才需求不断提高。药剂学是制药工程专业重要核心课程,能够将药学理论和实践教学进行充分有效的结合,对于培养专业的药学人才具有积极的作用,对于制药行业的发展起重要支撑作用。随着我国的仿制药质量和医药工业的整体发展,行业对应用型人才需求不断提高,对于学生专业课程学习有更高的要求。基于行业发展,本专业对药剂学课程群进行系统全面的优化与改革,建立了理论-验证性实验-研究性实验-探究性实验层层递进的药剂学课程群并制定了与应用型人才培养相匹配的教学大纲,各个环节前后呼应,切实符合企业人才需求,为仿制药的研发奠定扎实的基础。
As a high and new technology industry,the pharmaceutical industry’s demand for professionals is increasing under the background of consistency evaluation of generic drugs. Pharmacy is an important core curriculum of the pharmaceutical engineering specialty. It can fully and effectively combine the theory with practical teaching. It has a positive effect on training professional pharmaceutical talents and plays an important supporting role in the development of the pharmaceutical industry. With the development of generic drugs, the industry’s demand for application-oriented talents continues to increase, and higher requirements are placed on students’ professional courses. Base on this, The pharmacy curriculum group has been systematically optimized and reformed. Theoretical-confirming experiments-research experiments-inquiring experiments have been progressively established, and syllabus matching applied talent training was formulated. Each link echoes back and forth, Lay the foundation for research and development of generic drugs.
