抛射速度对钢丝切丸钝化强化的影响研究

摘要 用ERVIN寿命试验机模拟抛喷丸强化用钢丝切丸的钝化强化过程,探索不同的抛射速度对钢丝切丸外观形貌、硬度、钝化损失量的影响,结果表明在相同回转圈数情况下,随着抛射速度的增加,钢丝切丸容易钝化为球形研磨丸,其硬度随之增加,钢丝切丸的钝化损失量也越来越大。当抛射速度达到85m/s时,钢丝切丸回转90圈时即可钝化为G3研磨丸,强化钢丸硬度达到HRC50左右,相对于钢丝切丸硬度提高了HRC2.5左右。 The ERVIN life testing machine has been used to simulate the passivation strengthening process of steel wire shot blasting.The effects of different projectile speeds on the appearance,hardness and passivation loss of steel wire shot have been investigated.The results show that under the same rotation circle,with the increase of the projectile speed,the easier steel wire pellets are passivated into spherical grinding pellets,the higher the hardness of the grinding pellets,and the greater the passivation loss of the steel wire pellets.When the projectile speed reaches 85 m/s,the steel wire pellets can be passivated into G3 grinding pellets when rotating 90 times,and the hardness of the strengthened steel pellets reaches about HRC50,which has been increased by about HRC2.5 relative to the steel wire pellets.
