摘要
伴随着铸件材质性能的提升,铸造对工艺的要求更加苛刻。充分利用快速成型技术灵活性高、不受模具限制的特点,将该技术用于联体缸盖的铸造工艺验证,为筛选合适的工艺提供了强有力的试验数据支持,缩短了开发周期,降低了开发风险,同时也为其他铸件的工艺设计提供了一定的借鉴作用。
With the improvement of the properties of casting materials,the casting process requirements are more stringent.By taking full advantage of the features of rapid prototyping technology,which is highly flexible and not restricted by molds,the technology has been used to verify the casting process of the conjoined cylinder head,which provides strong test data support for screening the appropriate process.The development cycle has been shortened and the development risk has been reduced.Meanwhile,it provides certain reference for process design of other castings.
