摘要
分析有机化合物合成路线的设计方法,在一般情况下都是从剖析有机物的化学机构着手,结合实际情况对相关的合成方法给予全面性的考虑。有机合成路线的设计方法大致有四种,本次研究中主要利用倒推法对有机化合物的合成路线进行了设计。
For the design method of the synthetic route of organic compounds,in general,it starts from the analysis of the chemical mechanism of organic compounds,and gives a comprehensive consideration to the relevant synthetic methods combined with the actual situation.There are four design methods for organic synthesis routes.In this study,the reverse method is mainly used to design the synthesis routes of organic compounds.
