摘要
随着电动汽车的兴起,独立式电动真空泵应用越来越广泛,真空泵的噪音问题在电动车研发上已成为NVH重点关注问题。本文讲述了电动真空泵噪音的测试方法和评价指标,通过将NVH测试结果与之前设定的NVH目标进行对比,当测评结果不满足目标时,如何进行设计方案优化来提高真空泵的NVH水平,最终达成NVH性能目标。
With the rise of electric vehicles,independent electric vacuum pumps are more and more widely used.Noise of vacuum pumps has become a major concern of NVH in the research and development of electric vehicles.This paper describes the test method and evaluation index of the noise of electric vacuum pump.By comparing the NVH test results with the previously set NVH target,how to improve the NVH level of vacuum pump by making design changes when the test results do not meet the target,and finally achieve the NVH performance target.
