摘要
针对卡车在水平路面上普遍存在的低频行驶抖动问题,描述了问题产生的机理,综述了国内针对卡车低频行驶抖动问题研究的主要成果。卡车行驶抖动问题本质上是车轮总成的一阶激励与整车的某个相关系统的固有频率重合而产生,发生共振的系统主要为悬架系统、车身系统及车架系统。针对各类问题对解决方案进行总结,对卡车行驶抖动的解决和预防有重要的现实意义。
According to the truck cab low frequency vibration problem,its vibration characteristics are studied,and the domestic research findings in the recent year are summarized.the reasons of the truck cab's low frequency vibration problem is that the primary order excitation frequency of the axle wheelwere coincides with some frequency of the vehicle system.the resonance systems mainly are the suspension system,cab suspension system and the frame.At last,the engineering solutionsof this problem is summarized.It is useful for the engineering solutions and precautions of this problem.
