摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕患者中未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)的疗效。方法:2018年1-12月收治排卵障碍性不孕患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。观察组采用中西医结合治疗;对照组单纯采用西医治疗组。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组排卵率和妊娠率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗排卵障碍性不孕患者中LUFS的效果显著,可以提高排卵率,促进受孕。
Objective:To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of luteinization of unruptured follicles syndrome(LUFS)of ovulatory infertility.Methods:From January to December2018,60 cases of ovulatory infertility were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine and the control group was treated with western medicine alone.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in observation group were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for LUFS in patients with ovulation disorder infertility is remarkable,which can improve ovulation rate and promote conception.
