摘要
针对新能源汽车动力电池自动化生产中广泛需求的定位纠偏技术,研究了基于机器人、机器视觉等先进技术的机器人手眼标定算法,设计了机器视觉辅助机器人系统自动化安装与定位硬件系统。基于专业图像处理软件VisionMaster,研发了自动安装机器视觉软件系统,以提高新能源汽车锂电池全自动产线的生产效率。
In view of the actual demand of positioning rectification technology for the new energy vehicles power battery automatic production in China, the machine vision positioning rectification algorithm was studied and the machine vision corporation with robot autosorting hardware system was designed. Based on secondary development for VisionMaster, the machine vision software system was developed, which can improve the production efficiency in our new energy vehicles power battery industrial.
