摘要
针对煤矿井下综采工作面机电设备安装效率低、安装质量不合格、安装可靠性低等问题,对综采面机电设备的安装方法进行了研究与分析。对目前井下机电设备安装存在的各种问题进行了分析,介绍了工作面机电设备安装前的主要准备工作,阐述了液压支架、刮板输送机、采煤机的安装顺序及安装工艺。提出的安装方案及措施已应用到现场安装工作当中,并取得了显著效果,对井下综采面机电设备的安装具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
In view of the low efficiency of installation of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine underground mining face,unqualified installation quality and low installation reliability,the research on the installation work of mechanical and electrical equipment in fully mechanized mining face was carried out.The various problems existing in the installation of underground mechanical and electrical equipment were analyzed,the main preparatory work before the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment on the working surface was introduced,and the installation sequence and installation process of hydraulic support,shearer and scraper were described.The installation schemes and measures have been applied to the field installation work,and have achieved remarkable results.It has certain reference and guiding significance for the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment for underground fully mechanized mining face.
