摘要
改变矿用液压支架导向套的加工工艺方法,对其锻造工艺过程进行改进,是提高导向套结构强度和使用寿命的重要方向。通过对导向套的结构特点进行分析,从镦粗、冲孔、扩孔等方面开展了导向套锻造过程的工艺设计,并对该锻造工艺方法进行了现场操作检验,结果表明:此锻造工艺能大大提高导向套的结构质量,缩短零件加工时间,节约材料成本,其锻造效果显著,对后期进一步开展导向套锻造工艺的改进具有参考作用。
It is an important direction to improve the structural strength and service life of the guide sleeve by changing the processing method of the guide sleeve of the mining hydraulic support and improving its forging process.Through the analysis of the structural characteristics of the guide sleeve,the forging process design of the guide sleeve forging process was carried out from the aspects of upsetting,punching,hole expanding,etc.,and the forging process method was tested on site.The results show that the forging process can greatly improve the structural quality of the guide sleeve,shorten the processing time of the parts,save the material cost,and the forging effect is remarkable.It can be used as a reference for further improvement of forging process of guide sleeve.
