临床路径管理模式引入心脏外科护理实习带教中的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析临床路径管理模式引入心脏外科护理实习带教中的效果。方法将该院2019年3—4月实习的92名心脏外科护生纳入至该次研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(46名)与观察组(46名),对照组护生给予传统教学法进行实习带教,观察组则行临床路径管理模式进行实习带教,比较两组护生的考核成绩,观察临床教学满意度情况。结果对照组护生理论考核成绩与操作考核成绩显著低于观察组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护生满意度与带教满意度低于观察组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心脏外科护理实习带教中,相较于传统教学法,采用临床路径管理模式的带教效果较好,可显著提升护生的教学质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of the clinical path management model introduced in the teaching of cardiac surgery nursing practice.Methods 92 cardiac surgery nursing students in the hospital from March 2019 to April 2019 were included in this study.They were divided into control group(46)and observation group(46)according to the digital random table method.In the control group,nursing students were given internships using traditional teaching methods,while in the observation group,clinical path management mode was used for internships.The assessment results of the two groups of nursing students were compared to observe the clinical teaching satisfaction.Results The theoretical and operational assessment scores of nursing students in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing students and teaching satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,the teaching of clinical path management mode is better in the teaching of cardiac surgery nursing practice,which can significantly improve the teaching quality of nursing students.
