摘要 提高资金使用效益是医院管理的重要组成部分。本文围绕中南大学湘雅医院招标采购集中管理的试行情况,阐述了医院三权分离、三重监督、三个公开的招标采购工作管理理念。详细介绍了该院的招标采购集中管理模式—医院机构设置与职能分工、工作流程和配套制度建设等具体实施办法。分析了该院招标采购集中管理需要关注的问题和工作成效,提出了进一步完善管理的建议。 To improve the efficiency of fund use is an important part of hospital management. Around the hospital bidding procurement on a trial basis situation of centralized management, this paper expounded how to realize "separation of three rights,triple supervision, three public" in the hospital, and introduced the establishment and division of hospital organization, work process and system construction. The issues that need attention and work effectiveness were analyzed, and suggestions for further improvement of management were provided.
