摘要
目的观察吞咽功能训练联合针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍临床疗效。方法脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者64例采用随机数字表法按照1∶1随机分成治疗组与对照组,每组各32例。两组患者均给予吞咽功能训练,治疗组在此基础上给予针刺治疗。运用简式Fugl-meyer运动量表(FMA)、视频吞咽造影检查(VFSS)对患者症状进行评分;洼田氏饮水试验评估吞咽障碍的治愈率及总有效率。结果治疗30 d后,两组FMA评分较治疗前均有所改善,且治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者与治疗前相比,口腔期、咽喉期及误咽VFSS评分均有所改善,且与对照组比较,治疗组更优(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吞咽功能训练联合针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍临床疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of swallowing function training combined with acupuncture on swallowing dysfunction after stroke.Methods According to 1∶1 with the method of random number table,64 dysphagia after stroke suffers were randomly allocated to two groups which are treatment group and control group,and 32 cases in each group.Both groups were given swallowing function training,and the treatment group was given acupuncture treatment on this basis.The symptoms of the patients were evaluated by FMA and VFSS,and the cure rate and total effective rate of dysphagia were evaluated by wa Tian's drinking water test.Results after 4 weeks of treatment,the FMA scores of the two groups were improved,and compared with the control group,the score of the treatment group decreased more(P<0.05);the VFSS scores of the two groups were improved,and the score of the treatment group increased more than that of the control group(P<0.05);the treatment group has higher rate of clinical efficiency relative to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of swallowing function training combined with acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke is significant and worth popularizing.
