摘要
中医认为气虚血瘀是肿瘤发生、发展的主要病机,“益气活血法”是肿瘤治疗的重要法则。益气药与活血药的联合应用临床疗效明确,但其用药规律及药理机制尚未形成统一体系,该文就近年来益气活血类中药在肿瘤治疗领域,特别是乳腺癌诊治方面的相关临床及基础研究进展作一综述,以期指导临床治疗模式优化。
Traditional Chinese medicine holds that Qi deficiency and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis of tumor development,and“invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation”is an important principle of tumor treatment.The clinical efficacy of the combined application of Qi-invigorating drugs and blood-activating drugs is clear,but the law of drug use and the pharmacological mechanism have not yet formed a unified system.In this paper,the recent progress of the relevant clinical and basic research on Qi-invigorating and blood-activating drugs in the field of tumor treatment,especially in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer is reviewed,with a view to guiding the optimization of clinical treatment mode.
