两种湿烟气脱白工艺路线比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 湿烟气在排入大气过程中形成大量白烟(白色烟羽),造成视觉污染。文章根据温湿图对湿烟气降温形成烟羽的原理和理想脱白过程进行了阐述,并以常州一连铸厂冷却饱和烟气为研究对象,烟气成分为空气和水蒸气混合物,烟气总量10.5万m3/h(工况),排烟温度60℃,针对直接加热法和直接降温法两种消白工艺路线进行比较,分析了两种工艺的经济性和环境影响,为烟气脱白工艺改造提供参考。 White smoke(white plume)forms when wet flue gas discharges into low temperature ambient air,which causes serious visual pollution.According to the psychrometric chart,the principle of plume formed from the wet flue gas and the ideal process of dissipation are expounded.Here saturated flue gas from a continuous casting process was taken as the research object,which temperature is 60℃,composed of air and water vapor,flow rate is 105000 m3/h.The comparison of two plume elimination routes,direct heating method and direct cooling method are discussed.The economic and environmental effects of the two processes are analyzed,which can provide reference for the transformation of wet plume elimination.
