摘要
基于山东省391份调查数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型对宅基地"三权分置"背景下的农户城镇化意愿进行分析。结果表明:①年龄、土地征用情况、土地转入意愿、村里宣传农业振兴情况、宅基地申请与审批程序认知、宅基地交易对象认知对农户城镇化意愿有显著负向作用;文化程度、当前职业、宅基地权属认知、宅基地流转认知对意愿有显著正向作用。②农户对宅基地"三权分置"的正确认知程度低,导致其对农户城镇化意愿的影响有限。③宅基地和承包地的存续可提高农户的城镇化意愿,其中宅基地的影响作用更为深刻。
Based on 391 survey data in Shandong Province,this study used binary logistic regression model to analyze the urbanization willingness of farmers’cognition under the background of"three-right separation"of homestead.The results showed that:①Age,land requisition,willingness to transfer land,propaganda of agricultural revitalization in villages,cognition of homestead application,approval procedures and cognition of homestead transaction objects had significant negative effects on farmers’cognition to urbanization willingness;education level,current occupation,cognition of homestead ownership and cognition of homestead circulation had significant positive effects on willingness.②Farmers’correct cognition of the"three-right separation"of homestead was low,which led to its limited influence on farmers’urbanization willingness.③The existence of homestead and contracted land could improve farmers’willingness to urbanize,and the influence of homestead was more profound.
