摘要
昌吉-古泉±1 100 kV特高压直流输电工程组塔施工中,需解决塔材运输及堆放、进场道路、平行带电线路和超长超重构件吊装等一系列问题。从铁塔的特点出发,结合工程实际,介绍了5种特高压铁塔的组立方法。通过对组塔方案和施工效率进行分析后,对施工用小工具的研制和施工方法进行了创新。
During the tower construction of Changji-Guquan±1100kV UHVDC transmission project,a series of problems,such as tower material transportation and stacking,approach roads,hoisting of parallel live lines and ultra-long and overweight components,should be solved.Based on the characteristics of the tower and combined with the engineering practice,five schemes of UHV tower construction are introduced.After analyzing the construction efficiency of the schemes,the small construction tools and construction methods are are innovated.
