稠油采出水化学氧化降解技术探讨 被引量:1

摘要 新疆某稠油油田污水外排指标中化学需氧量、挥发酚、硫化物超标,实验室针对该污水超标指标进行氧化处理。结果表明:在相同药剂浓度条件下,Fenton试剂的氧化效果明显优于过硫酸钠、H2O2和次氯酸钠。针对该稠油采出水水质状况,Fenton试剂在Fe2+和H2O2摩尔比为1:8,反应时间为60min,投加浓度为1200mg/L时,可将污水COD从318mg/L降低至98mg/L,去除率达到69.2%,同时挥发酚和硫化物浓度降低至未检出,三项超标指标均达到排放指标要求。 The chemical oxygen demand,volatile phenol and sulfide in the wastewater discharged from a heavy oil field in Xinjiang exceed the standard,and the laboratory conducts oxidation treatment for the wastewater exceeding the standard.The results show that the oxidation effect of Fenton reagent is better than that of sodium persulfate,H2O2 and sodium hypochlorite at the same concentration.According to the water quality of the produced heavy oil,when the molar ratio of Fe2+ and H2O2 is 1:8,the reaction time is 60min,and the concentration is 1200mg/L,the COD of the sewage can be reduced from 318mg/L to 98mg/L,and the removal rate can reach 69.2%.At the same time,the concentration of volatile phenol and sulfide can be reduced to undetected,and the three over standard indexes can meet the discharge index requirements.
