双脂肪酸憎水性低共熔溶剂的合成及富集水中铜离子的研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了不同碳数双脂肪酸憎水性低共熔溶剂(HDES)的合成,测试了月桂酸-癸酸双脂肪酸HDES的密度、粘度,并考察了其对水溶液中铜离子的萃取效能。同时,考察了萃取溶剂量、水中铜离子浓度、萃取剂/水溶液配比和水溶液pH值对铜离子富集效率的影响。实验结果表明,当月桂酸与癸酸物质的量比为1∶2、HDES与铜离子水溶液体积为1∶1时,萃取后铜离子浓度从10-5mg/L下降到1.6×10-6mg/L,萃取效率达到91%,HDES的机械损失可以忽略。采用热重-差热分析仪(TGA-DSC)测试了月桂酸∶癸酸双脂肪酸憎水性HDES的热稳定性。提出了脂肪酸络合金属离子、范德华(Van der Waals)力和其他弱相互作用辅助萃取铜离子的萃取机理。 Hydrophobic deep eutectic solvents(HDES)composed of two fatty acids of different carbon numbers were synthesized.Density and viscosity of the deep eutectic solvent made of two fatty acids which are lauric acid and decanoic aid were measured,and the extraction effect on copper ion in aqueous solution was investigated.The effect of DES amount,copper ion concentrations,volume ratio of extractor to aqueous solution and pH value of the solution on the extraction efficiency of copper ion were investigated respectively.Experimental results indicate that when the molar ratio of lauric acid and decanoic acid is 1∶2,the volume ratio of HDES and copper ion solution is 1∶1,the copper ion concentration is decreased from 10×10-5 to 1.6×10-6,the extraction efficiency goes up to 91%.Meanvohile,HDES mechanical damage can be ignored.The HDES’s thermal stability was characterized by TGA-DSC.A metal complexation mechanism including van der Waals forces for extracting copper ion in aqueous solution was proposed.
