Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive health education on community type 2 diabetes patients. Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes from January to December 2018 in this community were selected as the subjects of this study, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group implemented routine education activities, while the observation group patients implemented comprehensive health education based on the control group patients. After 6 months of comprehensive health education, patients were observed and compared for anxiety,self-management level and blood glucose control. Results After implementing different health education for the two groups of patients,it can be found that the education satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.0%,and that in the control group was 75.0%.After comprehensive health education, fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)score,anxiety(SAS)score,and self-management behavior capacity(SDSCA)all significantly were better than that of control group, and the differences were the same.It has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing comprehensive health education in patients with type 2 diabetes can obtain significant nursing effects, help patients with blood glucose control, and improve patients'quality of life.
