摘要
园长培训是园长专业队伍建设的重要手段。文章基于园长培训存在的问题和参训园长实际需求的调研结果,分析提出走向深度学习的园长培训建议:以学习者为中心,聚焦于教育教学现场中的实践问题,采取多维表征培训方式,理论、实践与反思相结合。在深度参与的过程中形成高阶思维,建构对所学内容的深度理解,落实培训成果并有效转化。这种培训模式有助于提高园长培训质量,为园长培训项目的改善提供参考。
The kindergarten principal training is an important measure for the construction of professional team of principals. This paper suggests a new deep training model to improve the current training program according to the real training needs. It is learner-centered, focus on the real teaching problems,with multiple training methods, and a combination of the theory, practice and thinking, so as to develop the higher level thinking and deeper comprehension of the learning content, implement and transform training results effectively. Finally, this training model will promote the training efficiency, and also provide reference for the improvement of the training program for the principals.
