柱面反射式消像散Czerny-Turner光谱仪高分辨探测技术研究 被引量:3

Research on detection technology of high resolution Czerny-Turner spectrometer using a cylindrical mirror to eliminate astigmatism

摘要 传统Czerny-Turner光谱仪系统中,像散是影响光谱仪成像质量并限制其在分析领域中进一步应用的主要因素。针对这一问题,提出了柱面反射式消像散Czerny-Turner光谱仪高分辨探测技术。使用柱面反射镜校正系统像散,能够提高系统像质,在具有良好工艺性的同时,保证宽波段C-T光谱仪的实际分辨力。实验证明,柱面反射式消像散C-T光谱仪的分辨力在400~800nm的探测范围内可以达到0.02 nm。该技术能够提高光谱仪的性能,为高分辨宽波段的光谱仪研制提供可行方法。 In the traditional Czerny-Turner spectrometer system,astigmatism is the main factor affecting the imaging quality of the spectrometer and limiting its further application in the analysis field.Aiming at this problem,a high resolution Czerny-Turner spectrometer using a cylindrical reflection mirror to eliminate astigmatism was proposed.A cylindrical mirror was employed to correct the astigmatism of the system,which can improve the image quality of the system.It has good processability while ensuring the practical resolution of a wideband C-T spectrometer.Experiments showed that the resolution of the cylindrical reflection astigmatism C-T spectrometer can reach 0.02 nm in the detection range of 400~800 nm.This technology can improve the performance of the spectrometer and provide a feasible method for the development of high-resolution wide-band spectrometers.
