摘要
采用共混的方法制备了聚丙烯/磷酸锌(PP/ZnP)复合材料,研究了ZnP用量对PP/ZnP复合材料的热性能、力学性能、结晶性能和抗紫外性能的影响。结果表明:PP/ZnP复合材料的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)和熔融焓均随ZnP用量的增加呈先增加后减小趋势,但复合材料的熔点基本不变。PP/ZnP复合材料的屈服强度随着ZnP含量的增加呈现先增加后下降的趋势,而屈服伸长率则先下降后上升,ZnP的加入提高了PP复合材料的强度。此外,ZnP显著增加了PP材料的抗紫外性能,且PP/ZnP复合材料的抗紫外性能与ZnP的用量成正比。总之,ZnP的加入显著地改善了PP材料的力学性能和抗紫外性能,拓宽了PP在汽车行业的应用范围。
Polypropylene/zinc phosphate(PP/ZnP)composites were prepared by blending method,and the effect of ZnP content on the thermal properties,mechanical properties,crystallization properties and UV resistance of PP/ZnP composites were studied.The results show that the glass transition temperature and melting enthalpy of PP/ZnP composites increased first and then decreased with the increase of ZnP dosage,but the melting point of composites were basically unchanged.The yield strength of PP/ZnP composites increased first and then decreased with the increase of ZnP content,while the yield elongation decreased first and then increased,which indicated that the addition of ZnP improved the strength of PP composites.In addition,ZnP significantly increased the UV resistance of PP,and the UV resistance of PP/ZnP composites were directly proportional to the amount of ZnP.In a word,the addition of ZnP significantly improved the mechanical properties and UV resistance of PP materials,and widened the application range of PP in automobile industry.
