豆粕是一种优质的植物蛋白来源,利用微生物对豆粕进行发酵处理,可以提升其营养品质,大幅降低多种抗营养因子的含量水平。文章介绍发酵豆粕的主要特性、工艺,效果与在畜禽养殖中应用等,并就其存在的问题及未来研究方向进行探讨。
Soybean meal is a high-quality source of plant protein.The use of microorganisms to ferment soybean meal can not only enhance the nutritional quality,but also significantly reduce the levels of various anti-nutritional factors.The paper introduces the main characteristics,technology,effect and application of fermented soybean meal in livestock and poultry breeding,and discusses the problems and future research directions.
