摘要
针对现有产品设计过程中可用资源对创新设计方案支撑不充分问题,提出一种多方法融合辅助产品创新资源挖掘与分析方法。首先,从产品功能角度确定系统问题,提出基于因果分析的直接可用资源挖掘过程。其次,基于根原因的功能转化,提出基于效应和效应链的扩展可用资源挖掘过程。最后,面向创新设计方案构建将上述过程集成,形成多方法融合辅助产品创新资源挖掘与分析过程模型,并以清分扎把机为例,验证了该过程模型的有效性。
Aiming at the insufficient support of available resources for innovative design schemes in the process of product design,a method of multi-method fusion is proposed to assist product innovation resources mining and analysis.Firstly,the system problem is determined from the perspective of product function,and the process of direct available resource mining based on causal analysis is proposed.Secondly,based on the function transformation of root cause,this paper proposes an extended available resource mining process based on effect and effect chain.Finally,an integrated process model for innovative design scheme is constructed,which integrates the above processes to form a multi-method process model for mining and analyzing innovative resources of assistant products.The validity of the process model is validated by taking the sorting and binding machine as an example.
