摘要
目的了解疫情期间实习护生的心理状况和实习意愿,为今后面对突发公共卫生事件时实习护士的去留问题和护理实习生的临床带教提供参考性建议。方法 2020年2月采用方便抽样运用自制问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对南通大学附属医院211名居家实习护生进行调查,分析疫情期间居家实习护生的心理状况和实习意愿。结果 52.13%(102/211)的居家实习护生希望能正常实习,17.06%(110/211)希望能参与一线的抗疫工作,仅11.37%(36/211)希望在家休息,其余持无所谓态度;211名居家实习护生的心理状况总体良好,其中SCL-90总分≤160分的占91.5%(193/211),总分>160分的仅占8.5%(18/211),除了因子7"恐怖"和因子9"精神病性",其余因子的均分均低于成人常模(均P<0.05)。结论疫情期间居家实习护生具有较强的实习意愿和良好的心理状况,学校和医院可做好实习护生防护培训,适当安排护生在不直接接触新冠肺炎患者的科室进行临床实习。
Objective To investigate the psychological status and practice intention of nursing practice during the epidemic period, so as to provide references for clinical teaching for nursing interns. Methods In February 2020, 211 home-based nursing students in Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University were investigated with self-designed questionnaire and Symptom Self-rating Scale(SCL-90). The psychological status and willingness of home-based nursing students during the epidemic were analyzed. Results 52.13%(102/211) of the nursing students wanted to practice normally. 17.06%(110/211) of them wanted to participate in the prevention of epidemic. 11.37%(36/211) of the students wanted to rest at home. The psychological status of 211 home-based nursing students was generally good, of which 91.5%(193/211) had a total score of SCL-90≤160. And only 8.5%(18/211) had a total score >160. Except for the factors of "terror" and "psychosis", the average scores of other factors were lower than those of adult norm(P<0.05).Conclusions The nursing students at home have strong practice intention and good psychological condition. Safety training should be performed combining with the progress of epidemic. The nursing students could be distributed to the clinical departments without the exposure of COVID-19.
