摘要
以马铃薯淀粉为原料,高碘酸钾为氧化剂制备双醛淀粉,然后添加一定的添加剂,采用流延法制备双醛淀粉复合膜。结果表明:超声处理能提高双醛淀粉醛基含量,当马铃薯淀粉质量分数为5%、高碘酸钾/淀粉质量比为1.4∶1时,醛基含量为62.39%;添加明胶的双醛淀粉复合膜表面光滑平整,力学性能高,综合性能好。
Dialdehyde starch was prepared with potato starch as the raw material and potassium periodate as the oxidizing agent,then dialdehyde starch composite membrane were prepared by tape casting method with adding some additive to dialdehyde starch.The results showed that the content of aldehyde group on the dialdehyde starch products could be increasd by ultrasonic treatment,and when potato starch content was 5%and the mass ratio of potassium periodate to potato starch was 1.4∶1,the content of aldehyde group was 62.39%.And the comprehensive properties of the starch composite membrane with gelatin were excellent,with smooth surface and high mechanical properties.
