摘要
东阳横店某高铁区间隧道需要浇筑薄壁钢筋混凝土结构中隔墙,但该隧道有3种断面规格,同一规格的模板台车无法满足施工要求。为了解决该问题,提出一种共架装配式中隔墙模板台车,以72 m^2断面门架作为基础门架,在其基础上焊接不同尺寸的附加结构,形成适用于87 m^2和120 m^2断面的模板台车。通过ANSYS软件对最大断面为120 m^2的模板台车进行应力和变形分析,结果表明:台车最大有效应力为38.6 MPa,最大位移为0.32 mm,最大有效应力和位移都满足强度和刚度要求。对试浇段的薄壁中隔墙进行质量检测,其质量符合验收标准。本研究结果可为不同断面隧道中隔墙施工提供一定的参考。
Pouring of the thin-walled reinforced concrete mid-partition wall is required in the tunnel between Dongyang Hengdian High-speed Railway Station and Mingqing Palace Station,but the tunnel has 3 types of cross-section specifications,and the same specification of formwork trolleys cannot meet the construction requirements.In response to this problem,a common-frame assembly type was proposed.The mid-partition wall formwork trolley,with 72 m^2 section gantry as the base gantry,featured a formwork trolley suitable for 87 m^2 and 120 m^2 sections,onto which the additional structures of different sizes were welded.The stress and deformation analysis was carried out on the formwork trolley with a maximum section of 120 m^2 by virtue of ANSYS software.The results show that the maximum effective stress of the trolley is 38.6 MPa,the maximum displacement is 0.32 mm,and the maximum effective stress and displacement can meet the requirements of strength and stiffness.The quality of the thin-walled mid-partition wall in the trial pouring section was tested,and proved to satisfy the acceptance standards.The research results can provide a certain reference for construction of the mid-partition wall of variable cross-section tunnel.
