兽医临床猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒血清抗体监测及其变化规律分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了掌握猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)血清抗体水平变化规律,提出血清PRRSV抗体阳性率、平均值及离散度等数据结果在猪场管理和免疫程序的有效应用。采用ELISA抗体检测方法,对猪场3年的PRRSV抗体水平进行监测,并结合猪场实际生产业绩,统计分析猪群PRRSV的抗体水平、抗体整齐度的变化,总结出判定猪场PRRS疫苗免疫后猪群处于稳定状态时,PRRSV抗体S/P值的范围区间以及离散度分布范围区间。结果显示,具有较好生产业绩的猪场,其PRRSV抗体基准线的区间范围为抗体平均值1.0~2.0,离散度50~70,呈动态平稳变化,强调的是数据结果的变化规律性和动态稳定状态,而非具体的某一阈值。 In order to discover the trends of PRRS antibody in swine herd and control the disease,the antibody analysis was applicated in the farm management and immune program optimization in this study,such as positive rate,average value and CV value.This trial to monitor the PRRS antibody variety trends was done in swine farms for 3 years using ELISA assay.Then the distribute interval of S/P value and dispersion were calculated to evaluate the stable status of swine herd after being vaccinated,which was analyzed by antibody level,antibody dispersion and herd performance.The study indicated that there are two indexes(average S/P value between 1.0-2.0 and dispersion between 50-70)in a PRRS stable farm with good performance,the trends of PRRS antibodies in different period should be more focused on than the specific threshold.
