摘要
甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)作为一种用途广泛的化工中间体,具有广阔的市场潜力。根据合成步骤的不同,将丙酮合成MIBK工艺分为一步法、二步法和三步法,对三种工艺的工艺流程和技术特点进行了介绍,并综述了一步法中催化剂的研究现状,对化工生产过程中MIBK合成工艺的选择以及一步法中催化剂的研究具有一定指导作用。未来可在催化剂优化、反应热利用以及反应设备改进等三方面对MIBK工艺做进一步研究。
Methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK),a widely-used intermediate in chemical industry,has enormous market potential.Here,based on different synthesis steps,acetone synthesis of MIBK process is classified into one-step,two-step,and three-step method.The technical features and process flow of the three types were introduced.Moreover,the research status of the catalysts in one-step method is also comprehensively reviewed.The results could offer certain guidance to MIBK synthesis process selection and one-step process catalyst studies.Finally,it’s pointed out that future research on MIBK synthesis process can be carried on three aspects:optimization of catalyst,utilization of reaction heat and improvement of reaction equipment.
